Our Team

Reshma Kulkarni

Founder, WisdomTree ILCS

Reshma brings rich experience of Japanese language field with her.  After completing her advanced diploma in Japanese language & subsequent JLPT N-2 certification, she worked as Japanese translator & interpreter. She has also completed her B.A. in Japanese Language from Tilak Maharashtra University. In July 2016, Reshma received Teachers Training Scholarship by Japan Foundation. She has more than 6 years of experience in teaching Japanese and is also a faculty member for B.A. (Japanese) course in Tilak Maharashtra University

Kapil Kulkarni

Co-founder, WisdomTree ILCS

Kapil has experienced wide range of careers from construction, investment, spiritual development to software development. He brings to the team a very positive attitude and experience from the wide range of fields. Being an engineering graduate from COEP Pune, he currently works as a Project Manager in a reputed software development company. His valuable guidance has always helped the team to overcome the obstacles and to look at the brighter side. Kapil has also been to Japan and due to his keen observations, he got to learn a lot of things in a shorter span.

Madhura Bhalerao

Team member, WisdomTree ILCS

Madhura, a post graduate in commerce, is an integral part of WisdomTree ILCS. She has completed her advanced diploma in Japanese language & cleared the JLPT level 2. She also has visited Japan for a Scholarship awarded by the Japan Foundation (Teachers Training Long Term Program). After working as Japanese interpreter and translator for various MNCs, she now enjoys teaching & is an important part of ‘Japanese for Kids’ initiative taken by WisdomTree ILCS.

Smita Kulkarni

Team member, WisdomTree ILCS

Smita is a software professional turned into Japanese language professional. Her first visit to Japan amazed her to see the great qualities of Japanese people and she was impressed by a modern country which values their ancient culture. Her liking towards Japan grew stronger with another visit. She has completed her advanced diploma in Japanese language & cleared the JLPT level 2. She is now actively involved in WisdomTree ILCS and loves teaching.
